As listing agents (and sellers) we have been forced to use your system (Equator) to help you do your job. We bring qualifed, ready, willing and able buyers who submit worthy offers for your consideration….and wait…and wait….oh, and wait somemore for a response. In the meantime, the seller is constantly having to “update their financial information and hardship letter, bank statements, tax returns and paystubs”. Over the past 18 months my sellers have updated these documents a minimum of 6 times already. They tried for 12 months – unsuccessfully, to get a loan modification and finally after spending all their savings, were forced to do a short sale.
